SVMS steam quality test kit
The steam quality test apparatus has been developed for use by SVMS's own engineers because no product of this quality and practicability was available commercially. Unlike other kits it is completely self-contained in a sturdy foam-lined case.
All the components required to perform the tests and calculations are included (with the exception of a bucket and stepladder!). This includes the electronic balance, PTFE tape, tools, gloves and pen.
The following tests can be carried out:
- Superheat test
- Dryness value test
- Non-condensible gas test
- Clean steam test
The steam quality test apparatus is available in four variants plus the clean steam condenser. The following sets are provided:
- Part number: SVMS 692 (option 1) Full steam quality kit with clean steam, balance and thermometer.
- Part number: SVMS 693 (option 2) As option 1 minus clean steam.
- Part number: SVMS 694 (option 3) As option 1 minus balance and thermometer.
- Part number: SVMS 695 (option 4) As option 1 minus clean steam, balance and thermometer.
- Part number: SVMS 753 (option 5) Clean steam condenser.
